INQUIRIES
- Any inquiries regarding products and policies that can NOT be answered on the website may be directed towards our direct messages on Instagram (@zhanesewn) or via email to (zhanesewn@gmail.com). Any other inquiries will be redirected to the website for answers.
CHECKOUT / ORDERS PLACED
- To avoid delivery mishaps and product displacement, please use residential addresses only. Assure that the shipping address used at checkout is correct and is the address you want the product to be delivered.
- Your order may NOT be altered in any way, shape, or form post purchase. Changes include, product, product size, product quantity, type of shipping, shipping address etc. Please be cautious and review your selections, BEFORE purchasing. If any changes need to be made to your order, you may request cancellation via email to zhanesewn@gmail.com, within the next 24 hours following the time in which the order was placed. ALL orders begin processing the next day if not cancelled.
EMAIL UPDATES
- To ensure that you receive order status updates via email, please assure that the email address used at checkout is correct and is the email address in which you want the updates to be delivered. An order confirmation email is sent within minutes post purchase. Following the order confirmation email, you should receive at least 3 more emails ( 2. ORDER STATUS, 3. STATUS 2, and 4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION) throughout the process. The following status emails are sent once an update in your order has occurred. If an email has not been delivered, there is no further update. Please refer to the last status email received. Additional emails may be sent if necessary. Please check ALL components of your email regarding your order BEFORE directly requesting a status update from me via email to zhanesewn@gmail.com.
